AI PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP
Learn how to design and run AI systems for enrollment and student success.
Monday, June 15 · 11 :00 AM - 4:30 PM · Charlotte, NC.
Open to all higher ed professionals. No Summit registration required.
Practical AI training for a new way of working in higher ed
A Method Worth Taking Home
You'll leave with a clear method for building toward the Agentic Campus — where AI agents handle the routine work of outreach, follow-up, and data analysis so your team can focus on students.
Beyond the Basics
Most AI training introduces concepts and stops there. This workshop is built around application — how agentic AI works in practice, and how to bring it into your institution in a way that scales.
You'll earn a verified microcredential to add to your LinkedIn profile and professional portfolio.
Built Around Real Scenarios
After a kickoff panel, you'll dig into realistic situations alongside peers — collaborative, discussion-based learning designed to make you more effective at the work that moves students forward.
For the people driving admissions, enrollment, and student success
FAQs
No. The workshop is open to any higher ed professional — you don't need to use our platform to benefit from the curriculum.
What's the format?
The half-day opens with a panel session for the full cohort, then moves into hands-on afternoon sessions. The final block offers three concurrent tracks — you choose the one that fits your institution's priorities.
Can I attend without registering for the full Summit?
Yes. The workshop runs on Monday, June 15 — the day before Engage Summit — and the registration stands on its own.
Can I bring my team?
Yes, and we'd encourage it. Teams that attend together leave with a shared framework and language, which makes it much easier to act on what you learned when you're back on campus.
Is this worth the investment?
The workshop is $350. You'll leave with a clear method, practical skills, and a peer network you can put to work the same week.

The people in the room make the difference
A Cohort, Not a Classroom
The workshop brings together higher ed professionals from institutions across the country — people navigating the same pressures and building toward similar goals. Sessions are designed to be conversational and collaborative, so you're learning with your peers.
Connections that Carry Forward
Some of the most valuable moments happen between sessions — comparing approaches, trading ideas, and finding out you're not alone in the challenges you're facing. You'll leave with a network of people who are on the same path.
